Your notebook and account

Your content belongs to you. You allow Daybook to process it only to provide the service, synchronize it and share it with your chosen person. Do not share unlawful material or violate others’ rights. You are responsible for securing your device and linked account. Recovery of a lost anonymous session is not guaranteed.

Free use and Plus

Free and Plus features are identified in the app. The 7-day, no-card exploration starting with your first memory does not begin a store subscription. Weekly, annual and one-time lifetime options may be offered; availability, prices and terms depend on the store and offer. Review the Apple or Google payment sheet before purchasing.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically under the store’s terms and can be canceled in its account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase providing the relevant access while the Daybook service continues. Refund requests follow the relevant store’s rules. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Existing entries remain readable when Plus ends; premium creation features become unavailable.

Sharing and availability

You may stop sharing at any time. We cannot remove copies another person has already saved. Maintenance or interruptions may occur; we recommend exporting important memories. The app may require a newer version when updates are necessary.

Changes and your rights

We will communicate important changes through an appropriate channel. These terms do not remove applicable consumer rights. Contact support with any questions or problems.
